Study On The Optimal Formula Of Shampoo

With the rising of living level,consumer's demands on shampoo and its function are changing.Besides the basic function of shampoo,now they increasingly concern not only the health of their hair,but also expect that the shampoo they use can match well with their gender, age,hair type,etc.Especially,their concern on the color of dyed hair has been significantly going up.In this paper,considered the demand on color addition and hair protection,four kinds of shampoo were designed and formulated optimized which targeted such consumers with hair damaged by dying,bleaching,heat or UV etc.Formula 1 containing half-permanent dye addressed on dyed hair and formula 2 and 3 containing lake on dyed or natural hair,and formula 4 aimed to demands of hair protection.The shampoos based on the formula above were applied and evaluated in hair performance and shade and amount of protein.The results showed,compared with the standard shampoo,the shampoo with formula 1 could add the visible color and improve the amount of protein on the dyed hair;the shampoos with formula 2 significantly affected damaged hair and with formula 3 especially for UV damaged hair.The shampoo with formula 4 had good effect on the chemical perm or dyed hair.Even without adding color ingredients,It had good color protection and could prevent protein amount losing of the dyed hair.
