At present, the large amount of milk cattle waste in large-scale farm is mostly discharged directly without appropriate treatment and reuse, so it engenders direct or indirect negative effects to water, atmosphere, soil, human health and ecosystems.There is no systematic and comprehensive research on treatment technology of milk cattle waste from the standpoint of practical application, so it has become the research hotspot in the construction of social new village.Objective:In combination with project research and the actual engineering,the purpose of thesis is to research on treatment technology of milk cattle waste,for providing the practical research fruits on engineering design of milk cattle waste treatment.Method:By survey,analysis of data and case studies, it compares and analyzes the different clearing feces process,the rheology of the feces and treatment pattern. Based on the actual engineering,a treatment system in common use, which includes solid-liquid separation,anaerobic treatment, SBR and oxidation pond, is developed, and researched deeply on the design of processing parameter and operation.Results:(1) Advanced clearing feces process which needs low water consumption—dry clearing fece process should be used on cattle farm. (2) Rationable treatment pattern should be used on the basis of the specific situation. Then not only environment pollution problem is solved, but also huge economic benefits, environmental benefits, and social benefits are resulted from the route. (3) Practical achievements are got from the research on the design of processing parameter and operation of the treatment system, which includes solid-liquid separation, anaerobic treatment, SBR and oxidation pond.Conclusion:The paper proposed theoretic and practical instructions on design of milk cattle waste treatment, parts of these results are already used in engineering design and operation.
