Study On Evaluation Of Municipal Solid Waste Disposal Technologies And Enhancement In Classification

At present,the characteristics of municipal solid waste(MSW)are complex and processing difficulty gradually is increased in C hina.There exist sanitary landfill,incineration,mechanical pressing and anaerobic fermentation,high pressure blasting and incineration disposal technologies,which are gradually applied.However,it is difficult that we choose the disposal technology relating the local socio-economic development level with the characteristics of MSW.At the same time,the effect of MSW classification is not ideal in C hina,and it is of great significance to study how to promote the classification of MSW.Therefore,it is imperative to provide a comprehensive evaluation for rational selection of MSW disposal technologies,and to explore the enhancement in classification of MSW.In this study,under the background of MSW mixed transportation and disposal,the characteristics of MSW and the disposal technologies were investigated,and the analyt ic hierarchy process(AHP)was used to evaluate those technologies.The results show that when the moisture content is more than 50%,it is suitable for mechanical pressing and anaerobic fermentation technology.When the moisture content is less than 50%,it is suitable for high-pressure blast and incineration technology.When the moisture content is about 50%,two kinds of technologies can be given priority,and the calorific value can not play a decisive role.Under the background of promoting the classification of MSW,this paper analyzed the problem of classification and put forward measures combined with the classification framework of MSW in C hina.In the policies and regulatio ns,we formulated the document of programs,rules,norms,technical standards and mandatory provisions.In the delivery and collection,we drafted the optimal delivery mode of classification,based on research and classification pilot study,implemented the classification of publicity and education activities and mandatory delivery rules,and added community classification facilit ies.In terms of treatment,we made selection scheme of MSW disposal technology,break through disposal bottlenecks for the kitchen waste,added waste disposal facilit ies,and found a clear outlet for MSW.In the drive regulation,we improved public ity and education mode,created information linkage management platform,established the rules of special rewards,punishments and credit,and drove waste classification to further develop.
