Waste electromechanical products remanufacturing is one of the main tasks for speed up the building of recycling-based and economical society in our country. Waste machine tool is a kind of typical waste electromechanical products, which has the characteristics of rich amounts, high resources recycling efficiency, high recovery value and significantly in energy material and saving. As a new model of machine tool manufacturing, the technology of waste machine tool remanufacturing and comprehensive promotion is gaining increasing attention in high speed by machine tool industry home and aboard.As a main precondition of evaluating femanufacturability and the designing remanufacturing scheme for waste machine tool, comprehensive test and assessment technology of waste machine tool remanufacturing can reduce the remanufacturing risk in source, and ensure the quality for remanufactured machines. In view of this, with the foundation of the National Natural Science Foundation and National Key Project of Scientific and Technical Supporting Programs, this paper studies on the comprehensive test and assessment technology and its application of waste machine tool remanufacturing.Firstly, the effect and flow of comprehensive performance test technology are studied. Then, the three key steps are mainly studied, which are the whole body testing of waste machine tool, the parts testing of waste machine tool and the whole body testing of remanufactured machine tool. The test indexes, test projects, test methods and test processes are studied in each key step.Secondly, the femanufacturability assessment model and remanufacturing scheme assessment model for waste machine tool are studied. The assessment indexes system includes technology feasibility, economic feasibility, resource feasibility, and environment feasibility. The quantization and evaluation method for the indexes are established. Based on practical work, both the models and methods are applied by cases.At last, based on the above models and methods, the decision support system of comprehensive test and assessment for waste machine tool remanufacturing has been developed; the architecture, work flow, and developing process are introduced.
