Research Of Novel Gearless Traction Oil Pumping Unit Frame

Pumping unit is common equipment in the production of oil field, low frequency, high stroke gearless traction oil pumping unit is the hot spot in the field of pumping unit because of a simple structure, high efficiency and energy-saving advantages. Research of gearless pumping unit is still in its infancy in our country, a large number of contents is needed to be explored. The main contents of the paper include next parts, as following:(1) Explored the whole program of gearless traction oil pumping unit. Gearless traction oil pumping unit is different from traditional beam pumping unit in pumping principle, control system, electromotor and mechanical structure. This part presents the traction principle of gearless pumping unit, low speed and high torque Permanent Magnetic Synchronous Motor(PMSM), PLC control system, novel mechanical structure.(2) Solved the structure program of gearless traction oil pumping unit, identified the parameters of all parts. This part identified the parameter of electromotor which drives the system, parameters of matching weight, block and bracket, designed the moving head, solved the inconvenience of repairing well, established the model of all parts and the whole model of pumping unit with AutoCAD and UG software.(3) Analysed the main parts of gearless traction oil pumping unit, ensured their rationality. This part presents the Finite Element Method(FEM) of UG software, the main parts were analysed based on FEM of UG software and energy method, such as bracket of gearless pumping unit, principal axis of motor, block and so on, ensured all parts and the whole model were safe in encountered condition.(4) Analysed the advantage of gearless traction oil pumping unit and application foreground. This part analysed the advantage of gearless traction oil pumping unit in some aspects, such as mechanical structure, efficiency, energy-consuming, libration and noise, maintenance. At the same time, put forward the application of gearless drive system in CNC machine, mining machinery and other fields.
