Research On The Pattern Management System For Protective Clothing

This paper has investigated many companies producing protective clothing,consulted numerous literatures and datum on the internet,called on a lot of experts,then realized the products in the companies producing protective clothing in system and completely,which is the base to analyze the products.After analyzing,the characters on the designing, producing,and management of the protective clothing are aware.For the reason to realize the function of the protective clothing well,the designing on the structure,style and color of the protective clothing is very simple,unchangeable,not influenced by the fashion;on producing,the protective clothing is various and with little batch,because the usage of the protective clothing is limited,the textile and the way of cleaning up are different;on the management,the customers of the protective clothing are more changeless,the protective clothing demanded by the same customers often is similar,even sometimes required by different customers is analogous.In the companies producing protective clothing,the datum of the protective clothing made before is often queried,transferred and examined as a reference,especially the patterns which are found and transferred more frequently.According to the characters of protective clothing in producing:simple structure, changeless,little batch,various kinds and the management of the patterns is difficult,the paper researches the patterns in detail and deeply and then classifies the patterns.On the base of classifying,the paper also puts forward an idea making every pattern have its own code based on its structure and gives the role to code,which is the base of developing the pattern management system for the protective clothing founded on Visual Basic 6.0 and Access database.The system is divided into several modules in general due to its function:The code module,the adding module,the selected module,user management module,lodging in, help and lodging out modules,the basic knowledge module.The code module is used for coding the pattern automatically and intelligently;the adding module applies to adding the pattern information about one protective clothing;the selected module is for searching the patterns in the system,which will be changed into another pattern in need by the company by calling CAD system;user management module is able to differentiate different users owning diverse privilege;lodging in,help and lodging out are necessary to a system;the basic knowledge module which is the characteristic of the system makes users consult the knowledge of the pattern at any time indicating the human care,which will be the helpful assistant for the technicians in the company.
