The computer numeral control technology has been extensively applied in woodworking machinery vocation.Facing the huge market request,many woody products,as the sofa armrest's producing has developed to the multitudinous and high precision.However,high quality and high-powered equipment still has huge gap with the foreign equipment.Domestic furniture enterprises depend on the import equipment when they need the high-end products.It constraints domestic sofa armrest equipment even the wholly furniture vocation development. Therefore,we need design,develop,exploit a sort of new-style sofa armrest numerical control machine to satisfy market demand,along with it,supply a sort of clue for woodworking machinery.During the project design in the article,machine tool adopts multi-station,end milling process,triaxiality linkage process and operation mode.Four-part jigs are equipped at work platform,symmetry configuration.Entablature adopts portal shaped structure,portal shaped spans both sides of the work platform,move at the work platform through the rail plate realize X-direction input.Main transmission systems are designed for tow sets and equipped on the portal shaped bracket side by side,which travel along the entablature at the repeating motor bringing along,realize Y-direction input.Spindle unit adopts electricity principle axes structure, at the roll lead screw bringing along,realize Z-direction input.The article introduces sofa armrest NC milling machine monolithic constriction and components function.Describe the machine tool integrally-built design.Owing to entablature portal shaped bracket is main transmission system bearer.The article proceeds simple static's analyses with ANSYS.Compendiously introduce some numerical control systems.Handle mathematics gain on,saline function and MATLAB to precede interpolation count,output sofa armrest interpolation curve.Precede standard sample strip fitting to sofa armrest curve shape. According to the ultimately fitting sofa armrest splinted curve,proceed procedural hand-motion establishment and trial cut test to machine.The machine has been excuted and proceeds different kinds of debugging,also precede trial cut to workpiece,effect is all right.The problem is transverse direction problem.On one hand,supply production service for enterprise,process realistic meaning,on the other hand, precede a little attempt to woodworking machinery milling machine in the NC region application.I hope success research of the machine could supply a little valuable reference for domestic woodworking machinery numerical control's development.
