In recent years,with China's industry sustained rapid developping,the metallurgical industry and coal industry's requirements of ore is rising year after year,thecompanies require the ore's taste are becoming more and more high,and the extent of ore's gradding is also a need for increasingly more higher.But China's mineral resources became more and more shortage.In order to conserve resources, reduce costs and improve the utilization rate of mineral and to meet the industrial production requirements of the Classification of ore,many enterprises and research institutes have invested a great deal of manpower and material resources to actively research and develop a new generation of highly efficient classification device.In the agricultural handed production process,we can see farmers friends often using a circular sieve basket to select and the separation the crops,they place a mixture of containing a large number of impurities coarse grain in a circular screen basket,and rotate back and forth through the staff,and rotate the screen basket along with bumping up and down,after several cycles of movement,we can find that the majority of the wheat particles on the screen is basically the final basket of the edge part of oatmeal, and other fine quality of soil and less sand impurities are concentrated in the middle of the screen region,they use the most primitive methods to separate the grain and silt and other impurities on the screen basket successfully.In this text,through make an analysis of such agricultural work,combined with virtual prototyping technology,design a new type of torsional vibration separation equipment to simulate the movement of this manual process of separation.In order to make the equipment worked more stable and have a good separation efficiency,the focus of work to do the following:1.Make a systematic summing up and analysis on the separation of the development in home and abroad and the grading equipment's advantages and disadvantages,then tntroduce the research background and application prospects of the new type of separation equipment;2.To study the new screening mechanism of the separation device and the movement of screen surface,and establish a mathematical model of dynamic mechanical analysis on this separation device;3.Introduced the source of the design ideas,and introduced the three-dimensional model of the new type of separation device's building process in Pro / Engeineer wildfire 3.0;4.Impoet three-dimensional model from Pro / E into ADAMS the ADAMS,and simulate the model's motion,then analys a certain rationality of the model;5.Make a certain amount of analysis and discussion on the driver of the separator body in the Pro / E,and design the three-dimensional model of the drive mechanism than make some improvements on it;...
