Research On Community Development In Ecologically Fragile Areas From The Perspective Of Regional Development Models

Regional,economic,social,and psychosocial factors form the concept of community.At present in communities in ecologically fragile areas,the conflict between human production and living activities and the natural ecological environment is still prominent.Most of these areas are concentrated distribution areas of poor people in China.They have a strong "development" impulse,making communities in the area face ecological protection Confrontation with social development,the realization of sustainable community development requires more scientific and green methods.This study attempts to focus on the sustainable development of communities in ecologically fragile areas by taking the social work intervention practice of relevant communities in F County as a case,and the specific development strategy of the community development regional intervention model.The author takes the perspective of professional social work intervention.As an entry point,he participated in the entire process of demand assessment,feasibility analysis,intervention process,and assessment summary of community projects in ecologically fragile areas of F County.He explored the possible directions and practical paths for sustainable and coordinated development of environmental protection and rural communities.Workers play the role of facilitator,coordinator,educator and administrator in the process of community development in ecologically fragile areas.They promote community development through planning,coordination,organization,resource linking,etc.,plan and promote the development of ecotourism,and establish characteristic industrial cooperatives.Links to relevant platform resources,organization of environmental protection volunteers and public welfare posts,etc.,inspire community residents' selfconsciousness and generate ideas to change the status quo.Through community mobilization,residents are encouraged to participate in the project to learn knowledge and skills,and improve their personal development capabilities.Improve self-help ability during participation This study believes that the regional development model is helpful to promote community residents in ecologically fragile areas to reach a consensus on the development of the community,realize their dominant position in the development of the community,enhance the self-organization ability of the individual and the community,and the cohesion of the community to achieve sustainable community development.We should strengthen the development of social work in ecologically fragile areas,promote the cultivation of social organizations,promote the localization of social work,and pay attention to its publicity and public participation.
