Under building a resource-conserving and environmental-friendly society condition, it is necessary to analysis it's ecosystem health and economic performance, from the perspective of a combination of Ecology and economics, at the same time, we should specificated reasonably the use and layout of resouces from the perspective of ecological function zoning, So as to achieve effective protection of the ecological environment and city Optimize resource allocation purposes.The traditional ecological function zoning mainly concentrated in the the vertical ecological function zoning between provinces and the regions, but in this paper, I have thought itsactual situation and regioned its level ecological function zoning at the city scale domain .
