As one of the research contents of Chongqing Science and Technology Committee importment water customized Research the Three Gorges reservoir Area safe warning platform construction and science decision-making pivotal technology study, this article mainly identifies the hazard of the chemical enterprises in the basis of the water pollution by the probable accident, ascertain the dangerous level of the dangerous source, and evaluate the possible risk of the distress that the poisonous chemicals enter the water bady.With the rapid development of economy, enterprise security incidents come more and more frequently. Environmental impact of these incidents is receiving increasingly attention in China. Chemicals as one of the main sources of fire, explosion and leakage, would lead to economic losses, social losses, casualties and environmental damage. Partically, it would threat our regular production and live seriously.Risk is forecasted before accident through calculating the probability of accident and the risk of hazards.Through comparising among analysis methods of Subjective Evaluation, EAT and FAT, FAT is choosed to calculate the probability. At the same time, by calculating the basic grade-level probability, the probability of accident is obtaineded.Through comparising between analysis methods of DOW, and ICI, we find that the defects of environmental factor are not considered. So the risk index model of water pollution is raised. The risk index is calculated on chemicals their own properties and environmentally sensitive spots around businesses.The most importment factor of risk index calculation model is determining the weights of environmentally sensitive indicators. The environmentally sensitive indicators are determined on geographical location of Chongqing as well as natural and social environment. The weight of these sites is calculated by Analytical Hierarchy Process. The order of these indicators is that: the weight of drinking waterhe is the largest. Otherwise, the weight of habitat of aquatic protection animals, uptown, fish spawning grounds, aquaculture area, scenic tourist, production units, public places, is smaller. While the weight of aquafarm of beasts and birds cultivationlive aera and farmland protection area is smallest. According to dicided rank of the probability of accidents, risk index and risk of accident, the value of the result of calculate is choosed to calculate the risk of accident.In this paper, we take an example of chemical enterprises in Chongqing to check out the method of risk assessment.the result show that: the results of the method of risk assessment proposed in this study can be in line with the actual basic, and this method is of good maneuverability which has a certain significance of popularization.
