Aluminum ingot stacker as an important device in Aluminum ingot stack,it is one of the important equipments in the production of aluminum ingots.This paper has created three-dimensional finite element model of the frame of LDJ20 new automatic stacker for aluminum ingot which is designed by lan zhou university of technology,analysed the stress and displacement distrution laws of the frame on the base of studying theories and features of the new high speed automatic stacker and the structural finite element mothed,which provides reliable theoretical base and has important theoretical meaning and applicement value.The main research contents and results of this paper as follow:(1) The three-dimensional geometric model, mechanical model, static andtransient dynamic model of the frame are created.(2) The paper analysis the three types of speed and acceleration .The result shows that the sine curve is a reasonable , which has not only higher efficiency and better smooth acceleration and but also reduces the vibration impact. The movement of the vertical and the horizontal for the fixture dolly has analysised which has solved.(3) The result shows that the dynamic response of displacement and stress is bigger than static state one by anglicizing the static and transient of the frame. The reason is the transient start-up when the car stacker obtained to accelerate and break deceleration which causes the frame side jittering during working. In the frame top vertical occur vibration between±\mm and the course is jarring when the fixture dolly works occurred in the top. In the acceleration to crawl rise time of the car snatch at aluminum ingot, orbit also occur vibration between -0.72~-0.64mm .(4) The dynamic parameters of the frame such as previous six natural frequencies and corresponding modes are obtained through modal analyzing the frame of high speed stacker.The simulating results indicate:The frame has not only fore and after,up-down and left-right hending vibration,but also twisting vibration.The smallest frequency of frame is larger than impact frequency of frame greatly,so the resonance vibration wont take place on the frame.What's more, it is larger than the frequency of 20Hz,so the design requirement of decreasting noise pollution is satisfied.(5) This results shows that the frame of the former six natural frequency bands outside the scope of incentives occur because of the resonance frequency and amplitude by harmonic response analysis to the body. As a result of the impact frequency of the frame very low, therefore, stacker in the work course will not be affected by resonance stacker performance and efficiency.This paper is based on the CAE thought and the finite element, does a reasonable simplification on the frame of the stacker for aluminum ingot, make full use of Pro/Engineer solid modeling capabilities and the finite element software ANSYS analysis capabilities, study on static and dynamic of the stakcer for aluminum ingot. Through analysis of the original design of the machine, get the unreasonable link and factors that affect the surface quality of products. Then, the corresponding improvement measure put forward.
