A Feasibility Study On East Ocean Sewage Disposal Plant Construction

With the development of economy and a growing population of the city, the problem of water pollution has becomes more and more serious. Not only the investment environment of city L will be limited but also the citizens' health will be influenced without the rapid construction of the drainage systems and the wastewater disposal facilities in the two districts of the city. So, it is very urgent and important to invest and build the sewage disposal plant and drainage pipe engineering.This paper comprehensively applies the theory of the feasibility study on engineering investment construction project, adopting the method of combining the theoretical analysis and the empirical analysis, the qualitative analysis and the quantitative analysis. It makes a thorough analysis and assessment to East Ocean Sewage Disposal Plant and Pipe Engineering Construction and comes to a scientific and reasonable conclusion.This research is mainly divided into four stages.First, collect and anaalyse the information, confirm the basic datd and build indexes, The second, compare and choose the project.The third, recommend the design of project phase.The fourth,economic analysis and appraise stage.This paper includes 6 chapters and the main contents include: (1) A detailed introduction to the content, methods and procedures of the study on engineering investment construction.(2)A thorough analysis of the current situation of the sewage disposal and the necessities of the construction of East Ocean Sewage Disposal Plant.(3)Analysis and assessment to the feasibility of the construction project of East Ocean Sewage Disposal Plant and Pipe Engineering from the aspects of environment ,society ,technology ,finance and risks .(4)According to the introduction, analysis and assessment above, a corresponding conclusion is drawn and targeted suggestions are put forward .The cretive points in this paper mainly reflects in the following aspects:First ,this feasibility research has made outline engineering design to the craft of East Ocean Sewage Disposal Plant.Considering the sewage deeply disposal and reuse, it makes feasibility research has higher guidance function and praction and practical value, and the key indexes such astreatment craft, project scale, gross investment, construction period etc, are suitable for Longkou government and related departments to make the decision of the basic municipal construction project ,and to supply the reference of preliminary design at the next stage of sewage treatment plant. Secondly, through comparing technological economy,analyzing a series of factors such as the construction investment, environmental pressure, economic benefits of the East Ocean Sewage Disposal Plant, we have offered the theory foundation for feasibility of construction of the East Ocean Sewage Disposal Plant.
