General profile meters are focused on measuring the plane or the Line approximation of the small plane,and that measuring Cylindrical surface is less. As the development of modern materials and the use of precision instruments,it can not satisfy the demand of surface measurements. In particular to the processing of Tangential and Special precision cylindrical surface, measuring along the axial direction is not in line with demand, the original equipment must be changed to have the ability of Tangent direction of measurement. So, The development of new equipment is very important.Based the mentioned actuality, the thesis puts forward upgrade and rebuilding of old profile meters by designing advanced measurement circuit and the general devisal and feasibility analysis of the original instrument reform scheme are presented. Then the hardware structure and design are expatiated, including the designs of rotary table , Circuit control, the principle , structure analysis of sensor, signal adjusting circuit, A/D changing circuit and data preprocessing numeric algorithms such as error compensation, scale conversion. At the same time, completes the data acquisition software programming. Ultimately, an intellectualized surface microcosmic geometry measuring system with multifunction, multiparameter, high performance is developed.The subject has strong versatility, the technology and method researched and adopted can apply to the automatic and intelligent reform of multi-types inductance surface roughness measuring instrument. Therefore, the subject has higher practical applying value and market popularizing value.
