The Risk Analysis And Safety Management In The Power Generation Business Applications

The pre-control theory and method of hazard point analysis is an effective means to prevent accidents and achieve safe production,which analysis the causes of accident in advance and purposely,evaluate the unsafe factors and danger which may lead to potential accidents,take security measures and management measures contrapuntally, and eliminate or control the potential unsafe factors(or source of hazard(SOH)) and hazard point both of which may lead to accident in the process of power production.This article applied the pre-control theory and method of hazard point analysis to the safety production in power enterprise.On the base of the identification of hazard point, and according to classification and performance of unsafe acts of people,complex state of insecurity,and management deficiencies,this article revealed the research in identification and analysis of hazard point in the process of power production. Meanwhile,this article also made some suggestions.
