Open-air rock drill hydraulic crawler is a good drilling equipment,it was main used for pre-excavation hole drilling of slope-style,blasting holes and bolt holes slope.The main thesis of this papers aimed at the following exist questions of ROC 848 HC heavy rock drills:1) drilling arm positioning is not accuracy,efficiency and high degree of automation.2) hydraulic rock drill stalls are limited,can not worked base on rock-free level in specific circumstances,FM,AM drilling.3) The time ofâ… ,â…¡-type discriminant brazing to prevent bit brazing is long in purely hydraulic system,the effective of preven was not very satisfactory.In this paper,the program of improvements in control system based on the PLC was made according from the existence device:1) mechanical drilling arm was install with angle and position sensors,electro-hydraulic proportional and pulse width modulation method was used to achieve closed-loop control for the application of PLC-arm positioning of the drill,at the same time touch screen show real-time location and Drilling Boom situation.2)According to rebound rate of drill rod,a PLC-based control system with the use of high-speed switch valve and cartridge valve was design,a stepless speed regulation was made from the impactor of adaptive realization in hydraulic rock drill program.A new impactor was design which is FM, AM,former cavity,hydraulic pressure from the impact of feed back,and its theoretical analysis was given,a mathematical model was establishment.The existing impactor only have three stalls in the specific circumstances,PLC's high-speed computing capabilities was used in the course of rock on the impact of oil pressure, drilling oil pressure,and solder flow,this three parameters from the climbing method control in the self-optimizing pilot which optimization is to improve the drilling efficiency.3) Base on the the oretical analysis of bit brazing in the process of rock drilling,by the use of PLC,in accordance with changes of the rate of hydraulic pressure and cavity,to brazing the rate of anti-sticking programs,more quickly to determine the types of sticking filler,and better realization of the second way feedback three level anti-sticking program.At the same time,the use of PLC circuits to improve the original rig control system,it omitted some of the auxiliary circuit relays,time relays,impulse relays, thus simplifying the circuit and improve the reliability of the control system, maintenance is simple and flexible,used touch screen for human-computer interaction, improved user interface simplifies the operation panel,and better operating conditions for monitoring and controlling machine.This paper include the following:by analyzing the structure,working principle, hydraulic systems and electrical systems of the rock drilling machine car,this work proof the theory which using of PLC as a controller is rationality and feasibility. Around with the perimeter transformation and equipment selection of the PLC,which built the hardware platform control system and develop software control system of rock drilling trucks.This papers used Mitsubishi PLC programming software GX Simluator6 and Gx Developerv8.34 for the ladder design and simulation,and use of Mitsubishi GT Designer2 software for touch-screen design and simulation,interface design and simulation software GT Simulator2 to improve the work efficiency.
