China's wood resources are limited,but relatively bamboo resources are abount.The development of bamboo-wood composite flooring is worth focusing on.With the technological advance and the upgrading of people's living standards,the flooring with heating system has been risen up.Many factors should be considered when flooring is used for heating conduction,such as the capability of conducting heat,stability,durability,environmental protection,and so on.This paper just mainly studies on the dimension stability and heating conduction of bamboo-wood composite flooring for ground with heating system.The raw materials of bamboo-wood composite flooring in this paper are Poplar and Moso bamboo. The study content are as following:(1) The related performance of raw materials,such as the shrinkage ratio,thermal conductiyity and so on;(2) The heat-resistent and moisture-resistent dimension stability and the efficiency of heating conduction of the bamboo-wood composite floorings with eight different assemble patterns;and finding out the most appropriate assemble pattern under this test conditions;(3) Discussing the optimum hot pressing technological parameter of the most appropriate assemble pattern.The main conclusions according with the study are as following:(1)The Poplar's oven-dry and air-dry tangential shrinkage ratio are much bigger than that of Moso bamboo,and its radial shrinkage ratio is close to that of Moso bamboo.When the moisture content changes from 0 to 22%,both Poplar and Moso bamboo's thermal conductivity increase.Under the same moisture content,the Moso bamboo's thermal conductivity is bigger than that of Poplar.(2)The analysis of variance results show that assemble pattern having a significant effect on the bamboo-wood composite flooring's dimension stability and no significant effect on its efficiency of heating conduction.Considering both the dimension stability and efficiency of heating conduction under this test conditions,the most appropriate assemble pattern of bamboo-wood composite flooring is bamboo-five ply wood-bamboo.(3) The efficiency of heating conduction of the bamboo-wood composite flooring with eight different assemble patterns is all bigger than 8℃/h,conforming the stipulate in the standard "Woodbased Flooring for Ground with Heating System"(LY/ T1700-2007) and meeing the requirements of heat conduction.(4)Under the conditions of this experiment,the hot pressing technological parameter of the bamboo-wood composite flooring with the most appropriate assemble pattern is:140℃temperature,2.8 MPa pressure and 12min time.
