With the understanding of solid wood flooring for ground with heating system and the gradual maturaty of heating technology,the solid wood flooring for ground with heating system is natural and beautiful,noble and elegant,get more and more consumers' attention,and the consumer group is constantly increasing.However,the solid wood floor is easy to crack,deformation,warping and so on,which is used in a ground heating environment.It is one of problems that need to be solved at present.This paper aims to explore the dimensional stability of the solid wood flooring for ground with heating system from this three aspect of species,processing technology,environmental conditions.It can provide a theoretical basis for better processing and ultization.Meanwhile,it has a certain scientific guidance.The main conclusions of this paper are as follows:(1)In order to ensure the dimensional stability of solid wood flooring for ground with heating system,wood species with good dimensional stability should be selected.By measuring the radial,chordal and volumetric dry shrinkage rates of the six species,the dimensional stability of Juglans Nigra is relatively good,and the dimensional stability of Ouercus rubra is relatively poor.(2)The processing method has an important influence on the dimensional stability of solid wood flooring for ground with heating system,and the dimensional stability of the radial board is significantly better than the dimensional stability of the chord board.(3)Different specifications of solid wood flooring for ground with heating system have a great influence on the heat-resistant dimensional stability and moisture-resistant dimensional stability in the width direction.When the dimensional stability of solid wood flooring for ground with heating system of different specifications was studied,the main consideration is the change in width dimension,meanwhile,the change in the size of the thickness direction can be ignored.(4)Different sawing and edge-sealing processe will affect the dimensional stability of solid wood flooring for ground with heating system.The edge-sealing treatment can improve the dimensional stability of solid wood flooring for ground with heating system.The long and wide sides sawing and edge-sealing can be used to test and evaluate the heat-resisting dimensional stability and moisture-resistant dimensional stability of the solid wood flooring for ground with heating system.(5)Through the simulation of the dimensional stability of the solid wood flooring for ground with heating system for the six species,it can be seen that the the expansion rate of Juglans Nigra is relatively small.(6)Soaking water has a certain influence on the width and thickness expansion rate of six species.It is recommended to avoid floor soaking in the use of solid wood flooring for ground with heating system.When floor soaking,it should be processed immediately.
