The Design And Development Of Customized Platform For Bamboo And Wood Flooring Based On UG NX

At present,the demand for customization on the market is increasing constantly.However,bamboo and wood flooring manufacturers are still centering on enterprises,and traditional production-based model can not meet the individual needs of consumers.This paper relying on the Zhejiang provincial science and Technology Department of public welfare project "Research on key technology of flexible manufacturing system oriented to the reconstituted bamboo flooring",researched on individualized customization of bamboo and wood flooring.And an integrated system of CAD/CAM was developed based on NX software.The main contents and results were as follows:(1)First of all,the four angles of flooring customization were analyzed to determine that the flooring customization was the combination of design and processing.By comparing with other softwares,it was decided to adopt NX software as the platform for flooring customization and analyze its feasibility.(2)Secondly,the softwares used in this paper were introduced briefly and the secondary development process of NX was analyzed.In addition,the menu and toolbar of the integrated system were developed by Menuscript secondary development tools,and the module functions of the integrated system were introduced.(3)Then,the CAD module was analyzed.Through NX/OPEN secondary development tools and the original functions of NX,the parametric modeling module,the decorative pattern generation module,the splicing module,the module for engineering drawings with rapid generation and the model library management module were developed.And the design of the whole CAD module was completed.In the end,two examples were used to demonstrate the CAD module.(4)Finally,the CAM module and the process were analyzed.Through the configuration of the processing template,Nc Studio post processor and the simulation and verification of the Nc Studio post processor,the configuration of the CAM module was completed.The development of the CAD/CAM integrated system for bamboo and wood flooring based on NX which can saves the time for personalized customization,shortens the manufacturing cycle of bamboo and wood flooring,and improves the economic benefits of flooring companies.Moreover,the integrated system can perform one-on-one tracking services according to the requirements of consumers until a satisfactory product is designed for the consumer,which fully satisfies the consumer's personalized demand.In addition,the establishment of the CAD/CAM integrated system and its research results provide references for the further development of product customization.
