Economic globalization making climate security not just an environmental issue, the dangers of which is no less than traditional security. Natural causes and human activities makes climate change, especially in the last 50 years. Climate problem posed a threat which aroused the concern of scientists, politicians and the public. Climate change itself whose pacts and consequences are very serious and to some extent, will add to the environmental and socio-economic problem, and lead to border disputes, shortage of energy and so on. Global climate change is not just an environmental issue, but also economic issues and political issues. It is closely related whit the development of human civilization and social progress, global security, and even the implementation of human rights.Since the "United Nations Framework Convention on Climate Change" ,the international community has three stages of negotiations and has held 14 meetings. Although the international community has achieved some results, but the different interests of each country make a lot of specific issues which has not yet been resolved. China, United States and Europe, as important stakeholders in the international community, in the process of climate negotiation have started a series of competition and cooperation. However, the international climate negotiations is still a long way togo.For China, taking part in international climate change negotiation will be a "double-edged sword", in the post-Kyoto negotiations China will face increasingly strong pressure, China needs keep a balance between national interests and coordination, and should make our own strategy for the future.
