The environmental pollution and the harm to the human being are becoming more and more serious which result from the use of great amount of cutting fluid in the way of traditional machine processing, the Less or Non-Coolant Cutting Processing technique become a developing trend of Green Manufacturing Cutting Processing. How to implement the techniques of Less or Non-Coolant Cutting Processing Technique which based on that type of techniques from home and abroad will be researched in this paper.In this paper, the characteristics, cutting mechanism and the implemental ways of less or Non-Cutting Fluid which include dry cutting will be analyzed. high-speed cutting, vibration cutting ,heat-assisted cutting and low-temperature cutting . During the cutting process, the less cutting fluid will be used as far as possible, even non-use of it to reduce the cutting zone temperature, enhance the lubrication between the cutting tools and the work pieces and so as to ensure the successful cutting process.One or more appropriate methods of Less or Non-Coolant Fluid Cutting process will be choosed to implement the integration application according to the technological requirements of machining parts which will be processed, the suitable tools, appropriate cutting parameters and necessary Auxiliary equipment will be choosed to achieve Green Cutting Process in accordance with the material properties which will be processed .In this paper, it is researched that Cutting Process Technique of welding Layer on Sealing Surface in XX nuclear power plant for study to improve the Cutting welding Layer's process techniques, and use less or Non-Coolant Fluid Cutting Process methods to operate. And that is a greater improvement in process efficiency and environmental pollution compared with traditional cutting process.
