According to the technologic flow request of the membrane nitrogen generating equipment, this paper designs one supervisory control system based on intelligent instrument and PLC technology.This paper analyzes the operational principle and technologic flow, and reseach the composition and control function of the supervisory control system. The design frame of the supervisory control system consist of upper industrial computer,PLC and local intelligent instrument. The system contrapose the supervisory control request of the temperature, pressure, flow and oxygen concentration of the membrane nitrogen generating equipment, adopt the controlling instrument and PLC to realize the real-time control of technological flow,use MCGS configuration software to achieve the long-distance monitoring of the working equipment and the report form output.After the installment and debugging, the entire system operation and communication are stable, the gathering parameter is reliable, user`s request is very good satisfied.
