Study On Fire-Fighting Safety Of Corporation Chemistry Laboratory

Chemistry laboratory is the essential site for the corporation to detect and research products in manufacture process, where lots of instruments and equipment, chemical medicine, flammable and explosive substances are concentrated. If laboratory assistants do not take care when operating, it is possible to cause fire , explosion and other accidents, then hurt people, destroy equipment and property. Therefore, it is necessary to do fire-fighting safety research of corporation chemistry laboratory.Safety assessment is an important part of fire-fighting safety research. By reading plenty of literature, this paper establishs a safety compositive assessment mode of corporation chemistry laboratory, and apply it in an instance. In general, the research outcome can be shown as follows:(1) Expatiate the basic theory of fire and explosion in corporation chemistry laboratory, and according to tracks crossing theory, analyze the reasons of fire and exposion accidents from substances, people and management by the numbers.(2) Introduce several safety assessment methods which can be used in corporation chemistry laboratory, put forward a research thought of establishing chemistry laboratory safety assessment system which is more reliable and exercisable.(3) Select preliminary hazard analysis and risk evaluation code matrix method, pool Fire damaging model assessment method and fault tree analysis method to establish corporation chemistry laboratory safety assessment mode.(4) Apply the safety assessment mode in an instance of electric wires or cables combustion laboratory of some corporation, get results by the qualitative and quantitative analysis of the three safety assessment methods, and then compare the results, take relevant fire-fighting countermeasures and advices.
