Deep processing of C4 is a method to exploit and utilize every component of C4,so as to obtain high additional value of fine chemicals.The object has become the domestic chemical industry investment and research hotpot.However,C4 deep processing production will involve methanol,hydrogen,pressure vessel and other flammable,explosive material,easily lead to fire accident.To avoid accidents and ensure personnel and equipment safety,it is important to carry on safety evaluation for the system.And then give proper measurements for the management on dangerous factors.Therefore,the paper carried on safety evaluation for C4 deep processing project of Dongying ShiDa,and determined the dangerous source of the system.This paper analyzed the process flow,process system of C4 deep processing project,and summarizes the existing security problems.Several hazards are existed in the system.Secondly,combined with production and physical characteristics of the project,the big dangerous sources were obtained.And then the safety check list and preliminary hazard analysis method based on the model of pool fire,and a cloud of steam and the project a qualitative and quantitative analysis.Then,based on the safety evaluation of selected qualitative and quantitative methods,identification of dangerous source to involve to the entire project,from the physical distribution of raw materials for production and its biochemical properties of major dangerous source,obtains this project.Finally,the results show that the maximum risk of the project is the existence of the fire risk,followed by poisoning hazards,and on this basis,the countermeasures are related to the consequences of the accident prediction and prevention.In this paper,the the safety check list and grey hierarchy analysis method were used to analyzed the safety of project.And the Simulation of the risk of project construction and operation process,the influence scope and possible accidents and poisoning the critical time,accidents,obtained qualitative and quantitative evaluation results.The paper is of great guiding significance for similar production system.
