Green Manufacturing is a modern manufacturing mode of comprehensively considering resources consumption and environmental impact.Research on green plan for the machining process of products is an important way to optimize and improve the machining process of products, which can provide common technology and solutions for products' green manufacturing process.This paper is supported by National Project of Scientific and Technical Supporting Programs and Science and Technology Department Program of Hunan Province. Based on actual circumstance of mine fan's impeller machining, resource and environmental property assessment and multi-objective integrated decision-making technology are investigated after widely reviewing literature at home and abroad and factory investigation.1 .This paper discusses the significance of resource and environmental property for machining process of the impeller, and puts forward to a method for analysis of resource consumption and environmental impact. By means of analyzing the resource and environmental properties, the type and form and character of resource consumption and environmental impact in the machining are described, and some ideas for improving resource consumption and environmental impact are pointed out.2.The IPO(Input-Process-Output) process model is set up for machining process of the impeller. Based on IPO model and analysis on character of resource and environmental properties, lists of resource consumption and environmental impact of the process are made. After in-Situ data acquisition and descript, the paper analyze the lists, and put forwards to specific improvements.3.Based on the evaluation principle of Leopold, Leopold's evaluation matrix of resource and environmental property for machining process of the impeller is established. Combining analytical hierarchy process with price coefficient, a determining weights method for multiple objective is developed. Relationship modes of influence values and index factor values for Leopold evaluation matrix is built. By evaluation on resource and environmental properties in the machining process of impellers, some processes and environmental factors that can be improved are found out. The paper concluds that the property of resource and environmental of using steel plate stamped is better than that of using aluminum ingot cast in the machining of impellers.4.According to rules to decision index system, a multi-objective decision-making index system is constructed for the machining process of mine fan impellers.On the basic of considering time, quality, cost and green properties, multi-objective decision for machining process of impellers is carried out using analytical hierarchy process. It is concluded that processing technology route of using steel plate stamped is better than that of using aluminum ingot cast for mine fan impellers.The decision coincides with fan impeller's actual production.
