Organic electroluminescent materials have many merits such as lower drive voltage,shorter response time,high luminescence brightness and efficiency.It is easy to modulate color to realize the whole color display and so on. They have become a new research hotspot of electroluminescent realm and attached importance by chemistry,optics,materials and related science realm extensively.This article outlines the advantages,development,theory,device structure and the preparation of OLED.It focuses on discussing the effect of the branched-chain on liquid crystal and luminescenc of the porphyrin ring of platinum complex.And modifying the main ligand of C^N(2-phenyl-pyridine)and the auxiliary ligands O^O (β-dione)in phosphorescent cyclometalted platinum complexes(C^N)Pt(O^O)to improve their luminescent properties and liquid crystal.New phosphorescence electroluminescence materials such as cyclometalated Platinum complexes were designed and synthesized in this thesis.We launched the work as following:(1)One series of meso-tetre(4-n-acyloxylphenyl)porphyrins and their platinum(Ⅱ)compounds have been synthesized.Strong triplet emission peak at around 660 nm was observed with phosphorescence quantum yieldφF=0.183~0.211 in THF and degassed emission lifetimesτ= 8.86~13.52μs.The results show that attaching acyloxy of long carbon chains to meso-Tetrakis(4-hydroxylphenyl) porphyrin can reduce phosphorescent lifetime and aggregation between molecules. Further,these complexes reveal characteristic of liquid crystal for long carbon acyloxy in meso-positions of porphyrin complexes.These new complexes can be used as applicable phosphorescent emitters in OLEDs and polarized luminescent devices.(2)Two series of C^NPt(O^O)cyclometalated platinum complexes with long-chain have been synthesized for the first time.And it was demonstrated by experiments that the Cs2CO3 shortened greatly the reaction time from ten hours to 30 minutes and improved the yield.With introducing the electron-donor groups as alkoxy in the main ligand(2-phenyl-pyridine),the fluorescence emission of C^NPt(O^O)complexes had redshifted.Finding the Maximum emission peak and the acromion have redshifted 29 nm and 14 nm respectively.And it has discussed the effect of long-chain on their liquid crystal.
