In recent years,the chemical industry has developed rapidly in our country.And this chemical park integrated highly,it has a small resource consumption.A highly efficiency production mode has become the main development direction of the country's chemical industry;Due to the development of the domestic chemical industry park started lately,although the development is faster,However,the level of park management,the overall quality of production personnel and the uneven safety awareness,leading to the status of the domestic chemical industry work safety is still not optimistic.The research on the work safety accidents in the Chemical Industry Park is still at the initial stage,it is still the main research direction on the accidents mechanism,risk assessment,construction development of the emergency rescue,the risk assessment,the emergency rescue construction and development.The main research directions and methods of work safety in chemical industry parks are analyzed.Based on the above,the following work is mainly carried out in this paper.Firstly,this paper introduces the characteristics of chemical industry park and the objective causes of accidents in the park,by summarizing the types and production characteristics of chemical parks in China.Based on the statistical analysis of accidents in chemical parks in the past,this paper summarized the types of accidents that are occur in chemical parks and summarized the influencing factors.The main problems and trends of risk assessment in chemical parks are analyzed.The result of analyzed could provided data support for studying the cause of the mechanism in chemical park.Secondly,the paper analyzed the causation mechanism of accidents in chemical industry park,the factors such as operating personnel and hazard sources.The social factors are the main causes of accidents in chemical industrial parks.The main reasons for the safety accidents in the chemical parks are the low level of technical control,weak social intervening links and the weakening of the whole risk control system.Based on the cause mechanism of the chemical park accident and previous studies,the domino effect ofthe accident in chemical industry park is analyzed,and the accident model of chemical industry park work safety is established.Based on the computational fluid dynamics software FLUENT,taking numerical simulation on the diffusion of ethylene storage tank in open space in Wuhan Chemical Industry Park.It shows obviously that the area affected by the leaking of the chemical storage tank in the chemical industry park,it is liable to cause a fire,explosion,poisoning,etc,which can cause heavy casualties and property damage.The risk assessment for the park,the management in emergency rescue system and emergency drills provided technical support and scientific basis.Finally,the paper built the emergency rescue system of the chemical park and established the reliability evaluation index system for the emergency rescue capability of the chemical industry park.Under the two criteria layer,one is the emergency system maintenance in the daily production,the other is the emergency response capacity in the accidents,divided into elements,including hardware maintenance,emergency rescue personnel management,emergency management agencies,emergency plans and exercises and information delivery,emergency personnel mobilization,on-site disposal,after recovery.Based on the genetic algorithm optimized BP neural network(GA-BP),a reliability analysis model on the response capacity in the chemical industry park was proposed,and comparison with the traditional BP neural network analysis data.The analysis results of the GA-BP neural network are closer with the fault tree analysis,and it reduces the complexity process comparison with the fault tree analysis,and is greater useful.The research focus on the theory of the safety accident mechanism and the reliability of the emergency rescue capability in the Chemical Industry Park,which has certain guiding significance for improving the accident prevention and the risk management for the chemical industry park.
