On the matte converting process, temperature detection is the key to achieve the control the production process. CCD with its high precision and high efficiency and high stability has become an important field of high temperature measurement research.This article systematically discusses the non-contact temperature measurement based on CCD of two-color detection technique to study the principle of two-color temperature measurement, the construction for temperature measurement system and the calibration formula. In this paper, the work completed as follows:1 .constructed the thermal radiation temperature detection and calibration system based on color CCD. Based on the analysis of the relationship between CCD output signal and thermal radiation, experimental study on the impact of imaging of adoption of shutter and of aperture parameters. And verify that the shutter and the aperture of the effects of exposure are equivalent.2.detail color CCD-based two-color radiation measurement method and the calibration method of the correlation coefficient. In the study of the calibration of temperature measurement system, found that the exposure factor and calibration of the temperature measurement are related. On the analysis of the results of the calibration to choose two neighboring correlation coefficient can reduce the error for the temperature measurement. analyze the causes of the error of the temperature detection.3.using an automatic threshold segmentation method to identify the object. Then build a model of temperature field on the basis of the Matlab software, and using the establishment of the temperature field of the P-S melt picture, achieved furnace temperature field simulation.
