Ink-jet printing is a quantitative precise deposition technology; it can deposit a variety of materials to film and have a wide range of application in the manufacturing industry. In traditional, ink-jet printing focus on visual effect, but in OTFT we more focus on the stability of ink-jet printing, printing aligning resolution, the review of microstructure and the film surface morphology, and so on. OTFT is a combination of different material layers one by one, the realization of its function is establish on the basis of the quality of film, through operating voltage given on the electrode film, to control carrier gathering in the interface of semiconductor layer and insulating layer and transmission. Uniform film, meeting requirement film thickness and good contact is a prerequisite for high-performance devices.In this article, we discuss the impact of ink-jet printing system on film quality, and analysis the influence factors of droplet spreading film. We also give the calculation formula of drop spreading radius, thickness and width through the theoretical analysis. In the last, we use the Fluent software to simulate the droplet spreading process, analysisInk-jet printing system includes ink, printing control software, substrate and paper feed way, act. The ink printing ability is very important, it includes surface tension, viscosity, contact angle and particle size. Suitable ink-jet printing ink ensures the smooth printing of inkjet, which is the key of ink-jet application. In addition, the drop size and precision influence the printing lines'width, jet nozzle control system has impact on the location of printing droplet, paper feeding way to the accuracy of the overprint and printing control software to printing effect, and so on.Studies have shown that drop shape after drying influenced by the solvent evaporation rate and the contact line fixed. However, the direct impacting factors include solvent, drying temperature, drop viscosity, substrate temperature and substrate itself, act. In this paper, we know the influence of factors through several simple small experiments. For a dot-like drop or uniform film, we can use mixed solvent, substrate heating ,substrate surface modification and other methods.In this article, through theoretical analysis get the calculation formulas of spreading radius, film thickness and width. Formula shows that the spreading of droplet is related to the initial radius and the contact angle, film thickness and width are impact by printing precision and concentration except the initial radius and the contact angle.Droplets'spreading is related to the droplet viscosity, droplet size, velocity, liquid properties and other factors. In this paper, through the Fluent software to simulate the liquid surface change process under different conditions, analysis the different factors impact on droplets spreading. In the same time, we also give the dynamic pressure figures and velocity figures to show the droplet flow trends at different time. All of this laid a certain foundation for control the droplets drying and forming.
