To explore the surface tension of the water dispersible granule pesticides developed in the application of pesticide formulations,clearly different types of additives on the properties of liquid,guide the choice of components,construct excellent pesticide water dispersible granule system,the research of processing technicand rheology propert the determination of domestic Guangyuan AgroSciences WG dedicated several major,new wetting dispersant static/dynamic surface tension,Screening of the best agents,Processed into 75% Tricyclazole WG and 75%carbendazim WG,analysis of contrast agent system and agent system static/dynamic surface tension-related changes of the trend to explore the surface tension of the water dispersible granule pesticide application development prospects.The varieties of surface tension of dispersant,wetting agent and the combination of the two were studied by spinning drop method,for exploring the effect of different cosurfactant to the performance of pesticide.The results showed that,the dispersant DC04 and wetting agent WLNO 200 had a higher surface activity than other cosurfactants.The curve of the surface tension to the combination of the two cosurfactants was similar to that of WLNO 200, and the surface tension was the lowest when the ratio of the two cosurfactants was 3:1.The results proved that there was a synergistic reaction through the appropriate ratio of dispersant and wetting agent.The surface activity of the blend system was significantly better than that of any single component.Determination of spin with a drop of dispersant,wetting agents and complex single-surfactant systems in aqueous solution of the static/dynamic surface tension changes. The results show that the dispersant DC04,wetting agent WLNO 200 compared with other pesticides additives with high surface activity,the two composite systems of surfactants in aqueous solution curve of the surface tension curve is surface tension and wetting agent similar to complex 3:1 ratio in the lowest surface tension at the time.Pesticide formulations that dispersant,wetting agent,through an appropriate ratio,can be synergistic,that is,the system shows complex than a single dispersion,wetting system significantly superior surface properties.Visited the concentration,temperature and so the impact of DST on its detailed characterization of the DST change over time.The results showed that the concentration near the CMC,under,WLNO 200 surfactant is not only a balanced spread than others,a single dose of good wetting,but also a higher dynamic surface activity.Surfactant complex in a distributed system,wetting agent,when the ratio of 3:1 has the highest dynamic surface activity.Concentration on the impact of DST's largest,but only greater than the critical micelle concentration of the concentration of the solution to the dynamics of high surface activity.Temperature did not significantly affect the concentration,but to improve the dynamic surface activity is still better the role of temperature,dynamic surface tension curves of the rate of decline.Composite surfactant system at 35℃and 50℃,when the balance of surface tension is similar to.The use of selected types of surfactants WG pesticide processing research,wetting agent and dispersing agent in addition to affecting the wettability,the rate of dispersion and suspension products,but also the impact of the collapse and granulation performance. Tricyclazole 75%water dispersible granule formulations include naphthalene sulfonate surfactant WLNO 200,not only granulation easy,less water consumption,and high grain-based,low loss rate.The results showed that,with the wetting agent content increases, particle granulation full,does not necessarily enhance the wettability.The more binder,more white color after shaking,resulting in more of a bubble,not the low rate of binder suspension, added to 0.2,the rate of the suspension has little effect.In tricyclazole WG system,dispersant GY-JZH-A with the wetting agent WLNO 200, representing a ratio of 2:1,the agent system with the smallest surface tension of 25 mN/m,In carbendazim WG system,dispersant DC04,DC02 and wetting agent Sx-C ratio was 2:1,the agent system with the smallest surface tension,namely 26 mN/m,25 mN/m,to illustrate the preparation of the target system wettability the best.
