Liaohe River Delta wetland in China's seven major rivers of the delta wetlands, located in the southern of the Liaohe River at the southwest of Liaoning Province, Liaohe River Plain is an alluvial plain of Liaohe River Great Liaohe and Dalinghe.It includes the whole part of Panjin and Yingkou city and the small part of Jinzhou City and the main part of it is Panjin City.The vast majority of natural wetlands in Liaohe River Delta are located in Panjin City and the Two-Taiwan national estuarine protected areas are also located in this city.However, with the large-scale agriculture and the development of oil gas resources, the contradictions of the region's economic, development and protection of wetland resources have become increasingly conspicuous.In order to maintain the sustainable development of wetlands, it is necessary to do scientific research of the wetland ecosystem carrying capacity. The former carrying capaeity research basically carries on the analysis and research to the population carrying capacity aspect by stressing on the existing overall quantity of single item resourees,negleeted the eeosystem overall effeet to the system supporting capaeity thus made the eeosystem overloaded,many loeal eeology worsened all were made under the ecosystem overloaded . S0 this study bases on Liaohe River Delta wetland,takes the sustainable development as the goal carries on the systematic analysis to the wetlands water and soil resources. term sustainable use from the angle of wetland water resourees,the land resource and the water environment etc.This project research as studies the platform take the entire Liaohe River Delta,the key ehoice construets three rivers subbureaus to study the region for the model.The main conclusions of the study are as follws:(1) On the basis of the systematic analysis of ECC at home and abroad, and combining with the frangibility of ecosystem and the impact of study areas, the thesis states that integrative assessment should be adopted to evaluate the ECC in study areas(2) On the basis of existing theories on sustainable develoPmet, ECC and eeology,and given the imPact of region,the evaluation model for ECC of region is Put forward.Carrying CaPacity Pressure一Syetem is used to deseribe the ECC level of eeosystem,and CCPS is featured by the ratio of Carrying Capacity Pressure to Carrying CaeitySyetem.(3)Aeeording to the evaluation model,the three一level index system for ECC of region is established. The first level index is eeosystem ,the seeond level index is resilience ,the third level index is CCPS,carrying capaeity of resouxce and environment. And quantitative method of the index systems is provided.(4)the quantitative method of the index systems is eonfinned,and the level of ECC of the region is evaluated. The results are as follows:The CCPS of the region is 60.20,belonging to medium Pressing district :theresult shows that the level of ECC in the area is medinm so the region can be develoPed under Protection. The CCP of the region is 35.04, belongiog to medium pressing district. This indicates that the main pressure of the regiog comes from land ,water and solid waste discharge. The CCS of the region is 41.9,which shows a medium carrying capability. Therefor , exPloitationofmineregions , it is necessary to give emphasis to the protection of eeosystem , and to pollution treatment . In short , Resouree exPloitation,eeonomie Development and environmental protection should be achieved at the same time.
