Finally the origin, development, type and character are introduced, study and practice of EIPs in the world are also analyzed deeply. After problems existing in EIP are summed up author give suggestions for construction of EIP that adapts to China.Finally it takes Nanchang High-Tech Industrial Park as an example, on the basis of analyzing the strength,weakness,opportunity and threat of the EIP development in Nanchang with SWOT, and referring to the succeed experience of developed countries and developed areas in china.
