Research On Planning And Design Of Chemical Industry Park Guided By Industry Planning

At present,one of the important economic pillars in China is the chemical industry park.In recent years,the chemical industry park has become a trend of exponential growth,the economic volume is large,and it has a significant role in promoting the local economy.However,there are still many problems in the planning of chemical industrial parks,especially the old chemical industrial parks in China.Most of them have the problems of security risks and unreasonable layout,and there are still problems of industry and enterprises to continue to adjust.The lack of industrial planning leads to the unreasonable layout of industrial parks and the problems such as waste of resources,environmental pollution,enterprise failure and waste of land resources,which eventually hindered the coordinated development of parks and industries.This paper puts forward the research on the planning and design of the chemical industry park oriented by the industrial planning.The purpose is to discuss how to solve the unscientific park planning and the unreasonable layout of the park.The idea of this paper is to introduce the basic concepts and theories of industrial planning and chemical industrial park planning,and to discuss the framework of industrial planning and chemical industry park planning respectively.Then,the relationship between industrial planning and chemical industrial park planning is studied,and the internal relationship between the two planning is discussed.On this basis,this paper focuses on the guiding role of industrial planning in the planning of chemical industrial park.The central content of this research is the guiding role of industrial planning on the planning of chemical industry park,around this problem,this article mainly carries on the thorough research and analysis from three aspects.First,from the theoretical basis of the guiding role of planning industry planning for chemical industrial park;secondly,the basic path of industrial planning guide chemical park planning and basic mode of in-depth research,the specific standard is mainly reflected in the industrial park planning under the guidance of the industry chain to create measures and classification of enterprises in the park,the park is realized reasonable layout of the final;thirdly,using empirical analysis methods,the chemical industrial park planning Zhenjiang as an example,the proposed theory and method are applied to practice,to further test in industrial planning and design methods of chemical industry park planning oriented by the final results.The research field of this paper involves interdisciplinary,and the theoretical research is still in the blank state.The writing process involves the knowledge of industrial planning,the knowledge of urban planning,sociology,economics,geography,etc..
