Dark brick tea was a unique dark tea in China, belongs to the latter fermented tea. Mainly produced southern areas in Hubei province, more than 100 years of history. It's the necessities of life of minority people in Inner Mongolia, Xinjiang, Qinghai, Gansu and other regions. In this experiment, dark brick tea of this year (production in 2006,DBT)and storage of 10 years of dark brick tea (production in 1997,10DBT) for materials, the main chemical components were determined to explore and studies on anti-obesity, blood lipid regulation effects and mechanisms of dark brick tea on rats. For century-old dark brick tea provide further theoretical basis for the development and utilization.1 Research on the contents of main biochemistry components in dark brick teaDBT and 10DBT for materials, to make Enshi mass pan-fired green tea as control, analysis of dark brick tea and its main chemical composition changes. The results showed that, dark brick tea polyphenols, amino acids, protein content, such as chemical composition than the ordinary green tea, and theaflavins, thearubigins, theabrownins were the higher contents. Compared with DBT, 10DBT including material to continue to change, polyphenols, amino acids, protein and other ingredients to decline further, but water extracts were not content changes, which may be related with containing substances into other substances.2 Studies on anti-obesity effects and mechanisms of dark brick tea on ratsIn accordance with the rat model for obesity prevention. Based on the observed indicators, results showed that:(1) With obesity compared with model group, DBT and 10DBT can significantly reduce the weight of obese rats, Lee's index, food utilization, body fat weight, fat coefficient, particularly the role of dietary fat reduction, significantly better than the positive control group and green tea control group. 10DBT group and normal control group was similar to the indicators of change direction. Found dark brick tea on rats with a anti-obesity function, anti-obesity in a dose-dependent relationship. The anti-obesity of 10DBT is better than DBT.(2) Dark brick tea on the experimental rats the level of TC and TG significantly reduced the effect on HDL-C level increased role, suggesting that dark brick tea to achieve anti-obesity by regulating the role of lipid. (3) Dark brick tea possessed obvious effects on lowering the serum and liver homogenate level of MDA,increasing HDL-C level and the activities of SOD,GSH-PX.The observation on the fat tissue showed that dark brick tea could reduce theaccumulation and volume of fat cells. Prompted dark brick tea had the adoption of antioxidant to achieve anti-obesity and the role of dietary fat reduction.(4) Dark brick tea on rats serum LPL, HL activity increased role, in its activity to reduce the role of LPS. In vitro experiments show that dark brick tea can inhibit LPS. Dark brick tea prompted by regulating the LPL, HL, and the activity of LPS to achieve the role of anti-obesity.3 Studies on blood bipid regulation effects and mechanisms of dark brick tea on ratsLipid metabolism in rats in accordance with the model method. Based on the observed indicators, results showed that:(1) Dark brick tea on rats serum and liver homogenate of TC, TG significantly reduced the level of effect, on HDL-C significantly increased the level of the role. Found dark brick tea on rats with hypolipidemic auxiliary function, the effect of a dose-dependent relationship, 10DBT hypolipidemic effect of the supporting was better than DBT.(2) Dark brick tea on rats by increasing the SOD, GSH-PX activity and lower MDA content and enhance the LPL, HL activity, to supporting the role of hypolipidemic.
