Large coil coiler is today's most advanced production wire production line—important equipment of bar coil line. In this paper, theoretical calculation and finite element simulation of a combination of anglicizing the coiling performance of large coil coiler.Firstly, in this paper, research and analysis of the working principle of coiler, the wire winding process is divided into uniform take-up and variable-speed take-up in two phases, the use of elastic-plastic mechanics of knowledge, establishing a mechanical model, derivation the relevant formulas of bending wire bending moment and stress and curvature and strain, calculated coiler to overcome elastic-plastic bending moment, Finally by calculating the friction torque, tension moment to determine the take-up torque, as well as the analysis of the factors that affect the take-up torque.Secondly, these articles uses Pro/Engineer-3D modeling parts of the rolling 3-dimensional modeling and assembly parts, and analysis the geometric model of the simulation program, and coordinate the use of the definition of method to achieve the DEFORM-3D software, re-assembly, in order to determine a reasonable simulation of geometric programs.In the end, in the first phase of coiling, orthogonal design of a pilot program, and determine the simulation conditions.using DEFORM-3D software simulation program for analysis of 27. determine the various factors on the take-up torque and the degree of influence of volume-based. and then the best solution for the stress field and strain field analysis, get wire in the winding process and the plastic deformation of the main factors affecting their quality. the temperature field analysis to study the process of wire coiling temperature range and the surface temperature and heart ministry of trends in order to determine the temperature on the wire quality. In the second stage of coiling, as the first stage, based on the speed by changing the take-up to analyze reel speed on the wire roll-type effects. Determine reel speed achieved by adjusting the wire in the radial direction of a reasonable distribution of take-up machine.
