The Development Of Denim Study On The Sirofil Yarn Products Of Ultra-Early Maturing Short Season Cotton

Sirospun, especially in the principle of the yarn, the yarn structure and the performance, has its own unique processes and short, with good economic returns. And short season cotton fiber has good maturity, moderate-intensity, short-side length, and good length uniformity. By researching into their fiber properties, textile crafts and the adaptability of fabric varieties systematically, we would explore denim fabric and the 3rd short-season cotton/Modal 50/50 48.9tex blended via Sirospun technology. Test and compare the performance of the yarns.The denim fabric were woven with the same fine of cotton rotor yarn and short-quarter cotton/modal sirospun yarn..The mechanichai performance ,serviceabilityand style of the fabrics were tested. The data of test were reserched by analysis of variance.The results showed :The strength,unevenness and hairiness of the 2nd short-season cotton/Modal 50/50 48.9tex are better than the 3rd short-season cotton/Modal 50/50 48.9tex blended via Sirospun technology, but its Neps and impurities are more than the 3rd, with less thick spots and thin spots.Under the same warp,The strength ,breaking elongation rate,abrasion resistance,pilling rsistance of the 2# denim fabric,which is woven using the 2# short-season cotton/Modal 50/50 48.9tex as weft yarn,are better than the 3rd denim fabric.The heat insulatingability and surface roughness of the 3rd denim fabric, which is woven using the 3# short-season cotton/Modal 50/50 48.9tex as weft yarn,are better than the 2nd denim fabric.The stiffness and air permeability of the two fabrics are similary.
