The Application And Study On The Complex Process Made Up Of ABR And Contact Oxidation Reactor For Wine Production Wastewater

Following the industry developing, water pollution become a serious problem. Wine has a long history in china. In these years, our country allow a lot of factory to produce wine. So many factory bring a huge amount of wine production waste water. Find a new way to solve this problem is now we expect. It will be very benefit to protect water resource.The wine production wastewater is a typical industry wastewater with the characters of two highs:high concentration of organic matters, high concentration of suspended substance. If directly discharged it may have a serious bad influence on the environment. So it must be treated to meet the criterion before discharged.This article collect concern information, analyse the flux and the feature of the wastewater. Compare with the disposal technology overseas, use anaerobic and aerobic method, determine the project. Anaerobic method choose ABR reactor, aerobic method choose contact oxidation reactor. This process cost few but have high efficiency, and it will be very stabilize. After treatment,the quality of wastewater will achieve the standard of our country. Sum up regular pattern from the practice of this project. The purpose is conclude the experience and take advantage of build other project. We expect other organization do more research in wine production wastewater treatment.
