Planning Environmental Risk Assessment Based The Acceptable Level Of Risk

Planning Environmental Risk Assessment in our country is still under the primary stage. How to assess it in a reasonable way to mirror combined risk level of planning region is still inadequate. The contents, order and method remains in the explored way, especially the acceptable study of how to decide the combined risk level of planning region remains to be improved. Currently planning environmental risk assessment is too vague, general and couldn't mix with the practical condition of planning region perfectly. It has been a huge obstacle for planning environment risk assessment.After consulting lots of references, this paper raises the contents, procedures and methods of planning environment risk assessment in a exploratory way and take Jiayuguan industrial park(Outdoor Development Area) as an example. It contains four parts:First, consulting the references and analyzeing the importance, features and the problems of planning and its difference of the construction project environment risk assessment,the paper raises the contents, procedures and methods of planning environment risk assessment in a exploratory way.Second, it select different situations to analyze the possibility of the occurrence of domino effect between each dangerous source in planning region.Third, the paper has determined the acceptable level of risk in planning region by individual and social risk.At last, take Jiaybei industrial park (Outdoor Development Area) as an example to be a demonstration, propose the solution for region environment risk assessment and broaden the sphere of application in planning environment risk assessment.
