Study On The Identification And Assessment Technology Of Major Hazard Sources In Coal Mine

With the rapid development of large-scale and equipment modernization for the coal mine enterprise, it is a urgent matter of safe production to exploit major hazard source controlling system,considering of both the macroscopic control of government departments to coal mine hazard and preventing accidentsof coal mine enterprise itself. Major hazard identification and assessment are just the important methods for preventing the seriously accidents, which is also the premise to control and manage major hazard.The content of this paper includes classification and identification standard of hazard sources in mine, definition, assessing method and classifying standard of major hazard source in mine and so on. Based on the generation, structure analysis and the effect on the occurrence and developing process of accident of hazard source in mine, which is divided into three kinds:The first category - dangerous substances and energy vector; the second category - (security facilities, etc.) material failure, physical environmental factors, the behavior of individual mistakes; the third category - does not comply with the safety of the organizational factors (organizational procedures, organizational culture, rules, systems, etc.) that the organizers of the unsafe behavior, mistakes and so on.Acordding to the field investigation and data analysis, combined with production actual of Duerping Coal Mine, Xishan Mining Administration, the paper gives all kinds of hazardous factors, defines major hazard sources, i.e.gas, fire and coal dust, and evaluates danger degree of major calamity using the Fault Tree Analysis method(FTA ). Results of the assessment: the mine in the existing production technology and safety management state, the coal mine gas explosion hazard rating for a more dangerous level of fire danger levels and coal dust explosion hazard class are a little dangerous. At the same time, all mine safety (risk) compared the degree of risk.The systematic research of identifying and monitoring of major hazard source have just started in our country′s mine. So, setting up the determine principle of mine hazard source by identifying method of hazard source, making a hazard assessment, and presenting a controlling method will undoubtedly have a great practical significance to safe production of our country′s mine factory.
