Drugs are generally required through boxing link before entering the market, and pharmaceutical cartoning machine is to achieve this part of the machinery. With the rapid development of our country's pharmaceutical industry,to improve production efficiency and reduce production costs as the goal of high-speed, fully automated pharmaceutical cartoning machine have the vast potential market. But in our country, pharmaceutical cartoning machine is mainly in low-speed and semi-automatic cartoning machine, so the urgent need to develop high-speed, fully automated pharmaceutical cartoning machine.Articles in the analysis of pharmaceutical cartoning machine packing process and use requirements, based on established a drug design project of automatic cartoning machine; according to the operational requirements of pharmaceutical cartoning machine, use cam to achieve its control objectives, This paper focuses on the cam drive system make the theoretical analysis, based on job requirements to determine the type of cam and follower organizations law of motion, and made cam body movement diagram; On this basis, on each cam mechanism relevant geometric dimensions of the detailed design.To using Pro/ENGINEER3.0 powerful features, the pharmaceutical cartoning machine parts have been classified in three-dimensional modeling,then to establish a pharmaceutical cartoning machine parts databases; modular design based on the idea, described in the key of virtual assembly technology and the principles of assembly sequence, based on the complete assembly of the virtual machine assembly, machine parts for the machine production and provide a basis for the actual assembly.
