At present, screw pump well is widely used to extract oil in Daqing. It plays an important role in steady output of oilfield. But it is found that the scouring of sucker rod more and more affected the efficiency of screw pump well, besides, it shorten the period of pump inspection. Especially, more and more screw pump wells with high-emission(size 800 to 2000) are adopted in oil extraction, the efficiency can be imaginable. This thesis analyzes the scouring mechanism and influencing factors of screw pumps with high-emission, what's more, it designs scouring prevention programs for special screw pump wells. The concrete contents are as follows:Firstly, statistical analysis of the influencing factors of scouring. Especially, it respectively analyzes the speed of rotation, current pressure (submergence) and fluid production and their influence to the period of pump inspection. And then , make a inclusion.Secondly, build a finite element analytical model of the sucker rod. And then, computational formulas of stress on the sucker rod and the distortion of it.Thirdly, numerical analysis of the influencing factors of scouring. The contents are the casting programme, the position and amount of centering guide, the motion of sucker rod and the vibration of sucker rod.Finally, according to the casting programme, the distortion state of sucker rod, the position and amount of centering guide, the size of pump and the speed of rotation, build scouring prevention programs for special screw pump wells using the theory of the position and amount of centering guide.
