China's cement industry has developed rapidly, the output is the highest in the world, new dry process cement production equipment and production technology has improved continuously, the key equipment of the cement and energy consumption of cement production process is now the focus of cement industry, and it's also a complex and long-term problems.Power consumption of cement grinding process to the total power consumption of cement accounts for more than 70%, selection and application of grinding process has a direct impact on cement production, quality and productioncosts, and it plays a decisive role in the preparation of cement. Cement grinding process technology will directly affect the development of cement industry. Improving grinding efficiency, reducing power consumption of grinding mill increase production is an important subject.Based on the current energy consumption of China cement industry development goals, this paper study- the three areas:cement grinding systems technology transformation, the methods of energy saving measures of the mill water spray systems and key equipment of cement production's dynamic analysis.First of all, forΦ3.8×13m inner flow tube mill process, based on the existing cement grinding production line process systems and equipment, combined with sophisticated features combined grinding process, we put forward energy saving technology and methods with roller press and tube mill Machine combined grinding system that roller press, separator and closed circuit tube mill. Secondly, based on the project of combined grinding process, we select the host device of the technological transformation, and the energy saving effect is obvious by the calculation and comparison of power consumption.Second we designed ball mill spray system which has the output of 135t/h, nominal specificationΦ4.6×14.5m. Based on heat balance principle, we calculate the mill's water spray. This paper designed nozzle, the key component of mill spray system, and test the relationship between the nozzle structural parameters and the spray effect.Finally, this paper studies the key equipment of cement prodution's dynamics, and gets the inherent characteristics of the system, understands of the natural frequencies of the system.Through this research, on the one hand help to promote technological progress of enterprises, reduce production costs, on the other hand to further optimize the industrial structure of China's cement industry, and is important to achieve energy saving target of building materials industry in our "Eleventh Five" Plan.
