The Study On Host Computer Monitoring System Of CNC Drilling Machine

We researched and analysised the part of electric control and the main working outfit, then decided to adopt advanced S7-200 PLC(Programmable Logic Controller) of SIEMENS to complete the main task of auto machining, through a network to achieve the communication between multiple CNC drilling machine control systems and the upper computer. The upper computer link PLC with the communication cable, PLCs change data though the network read and write commands. The upper computer receive data from PLC and process. Through the upper computer interface displayed to the user, and the user can modify the processing parameters to control the processing of CNC drilling machine.The upper computer control system of the CNC drilling machine provide the user an intuitive control platform, convenient the user to control drilling the machine control, and process of information can be recorded. Managers can use the processed information to the production process and product quality analysis, to provide a basis for improved production.
