Study On Dyeing Process Of Reactive Dyes For Wool Fabric

With reactive dyes on wool application development,specific reactive days for wool dyeing came into being.This thesis mainly study two different reactive dyes for wool dyeing properties.Discussion of temperature and pH on the kinetics of these dyeing wool fibers on the two dyes.The results showed that: a greater effect of temperature on lanasol series dyes.the at a temperature of 85?,the balance dye uptake of the lanansol Blue 3G dye is only 50%,and when the temperature rises to 90?,the balance dye uptake can reach about 90%;Effect of temperature on delosol series of dyes is relatively smaller,at between 85? to 95?,the balance dye uptake is little difference;the effect of pH on the two dyes are larger,lower pH can be greatly reduced time for dye to reach equilibrium,pH in the range of 3.6-4,dyed fiber can obtain a high uptake rate of about 95% over a period of time.To investigate the effects of sodium sulfate,levelling agent peregal O dosage,B dosage,S-B3 dosage Abaige Ayres and dye dosage on dyeing properties of wool fiber,the optimized process for the Lanasol series of reactive dyes,sodium sulfate and peregal O dosage was 0.5-1 g/L,dyed fiber has higher apparent color value K/S.Abaige the dosage of B was 2-3 g/L,dyed fiber has higher apparent color value K/S.When the dosage of Iris and S-B3 was 1-3 g/L,the apparent depth of K/S could be higher than that of the dyed fiber.For the Delosol series of reactive dyes,sodium sulfate dosage control in 0.5-1 g/L,peregal O dosage of 1-2 g/L,the apparent color depth of dyed fibers is higher.Abaige the dosage of B was 1-3 g/L,dyed fiber has higher apparent color value K/S.Iris of the amount of S-B3 were 2-3 g/L,dyed fiber has higher apparent color depth K/S value,further testing the optimum conditions,the color fastness of the dyed fabrics,the results show that the fabric soaping fastness can reach level 4 and above were two dyes,were resistant to sunlight fastness 4-5.The workshop production with the best process experimental test under good soaping fastness rating,resistance to fading,color fastness grades of wool and cotton color fastness can reach level 4 and above,the light fastness was 4+ grade,the fastness of detection data have reached the national standard,with the actual production requirements of workshop and customer.
