Optimization Of Economic Operation And Evaluation Method For Heating Furnace In Oil Field

As one of the major energy-consuming equipment in oil field, heating furnace which is in efficient operation is crucial for energy saving. How to evaluate the energy efficiency of heating furnace is a prerequisite for efficient operation.In this paper, the relationship of thermal efficiency and load rate was studied which based on mass data and comes to the conclusion that the thermal efficiency changes with the load rate. The influencing factors of thermal efficiency of heating furnace and the interaction relationship are analysised, including load rate, exhausted gas temperature, air coefficient, heat losses. It comes to the conclusion that the higher exhausted gas temperature, the greater air coefficient and the bigger temperature difference of the heating furnace is, the lower efficiency of heating furnace is. The evaluation indexes of economical operation of heating furnance are determined which are thermal efficiency, exhausted gas temperature, air coefficient and temperature difference. By least squares method, the functional relationship is fitted between limits of thermal efficiency and load rate under the entire rated load and different types of furnace. Three levels of thermal efficiency limits are quantified. The limits of other indexes are quantified by mathematical statistical methods. At the same time, the weighting comprehensive evaluation method is proposed which evolution grade contains 4 levels. The weight is verified by using the optimal regression analysis with SPSS. The evaluation method of economical operation of heating furnace is proposed by means of weighted calculating comprehensive fraction which based on thermal efficiency as the main index, other indexes for the secondary. The actual operation condition of heating furnace in the oil field is evaluated on the base of evaluation index of limited values and the method of comprehensive evaluation. In order to realize the optimization of economic operation of heating furnace, adjustment and optimization scheme of heating furnace is proposed based on the result of assessment.Accordingly, the software of economic operation optimization of heating furnace is programmed in Microsoft Visual C++, including test evaluation and analysis of operation optimization.
