Nowadays, China has become one of the world largest steel production and consumption country, and has accounted more than 30% of the total production and consumption.But the backward of enterprise logistics technology seriously constrains the further development of steel business. And molten metal transportation has great effect on logistics of steel industry, for logistics balance should be taken into consideration,besides,energy,resources and time,ect.should be balanced too. So,the improvement of total production situation of steel company should embark on the reduction of transportation cost and the boost of production efficiency. And the locomotive dispatching is the key of molten metal transportation, the arrangement of congruent relationship between the production output and locomotive logistics quantity, and the selection of logistics path and the dispatching of locomotive work divisions have become as the crux of the matter.In this paper, molten metal transportatation locomotive in Wuhan Iron and Steel field is used as the research object, the logistics status and layout of field structure, the locomotive production scheduling method are elaborately analyzed. And genetic algorithm is used for moten metal transportation locomotive dispatching under many throat turnout environment preliminary scheduling solution The visual simulation modeling software Flexsim is applied to establish the model of moten metal transportation locomotive dispatching.Firstly, the locomotive transportation path optimization problems of Wuhan Iron and Steel station are systematically reviewed, and an appropriate mathematical model is established. To solve this problem, methods usually used are accurate algorithm and artificial intelligence algorithm. And artificial intelligence algorithm has become an important way of resolving logistics paths optimization problems because it can deal with a large vehicle routing problems, strong portability and high efficiency. In this paper, genetic algorithm belonged to artificial intelligence algorithm is utilized to solve the initial locomotive route.In view of the complexity of logistics transportation caused by small transportation area and busy transportation routes of Wuhan Iron and Steel, so the collision avoidance algorithm for locomotive is studied. Considering the particularity of the moten metal transportation, priority rules are set.In the process of transportation simulation, the logical logistics structure of Wuhan Iron and Steel station is analyzed at first.Combining the locomotive preliminary rout to find out throat turnout, and transit ability of the throat turnout is analyzed.And then,the simulation objects such as modern moten metal production and transportation conditions are classified and summarized in detail, Finally,Flexsim with its pratical, real-time and developmental principles is applied in simulation.
