Chapter1:Sulfocalix[n]arenes is an outstanding representative of water-soluble calixarene as "The third generation supramolecule",which is modified by sulfonic.because it can recognize ions and molecules via electrostatic, hydrogen-bonding, hydropHobic,Ï€-Ï€and inclusion interactions. This chapter reviewed the history, structural feature and recognition interaction of calixarene and the application of calixarenes on medicineChapter 2:The inclusion complexation behavior of norfloxacin and p-Sulfocalix[4,6,8]arenes was studied using fluorescence spectroscopy and 1H-NMR in the buffer solution (pH=3.05,6.50.8.40),The result suggested that the inclusion stoichiometry was 1:1, the main role of the bond was hydrogen bond between host molecular and guest molecular, and the the association constant followed certain with changing in the structure of host molecular and guest molecular.Chapter 3:The inclusion complexation behavior of ciprofloxacin and p-Sulfocalix[4,6,8]arenes was studied using fluorescence spectroscopy and 1H-NMR in the buffer solution (pH=3.05,6.50,8.40),The result suggested that the inclusion stoichiometry was 1:1, the main role of the bond was hydrogen bond between host molecular and guest molecular, and the the association constant followed certain with changing in the structure of host molecular and guest molecular.Chapter 4:The inclusion complexation behavior of ofloxacin and p-Sulfocalix[4,6,8]arenes was studied using fluorescence spectroscopy and 1H-NMR in the buffer solution (pH=3.05.6.50,8.40),The result suggested that the inclusion stoichiometry was 1:1, the main role of the bond was hydrogen bond between host molecular and guest molecular, and the the association constant followed certain with changing in the structure of host molecular and guest molecular.Chapter 5:The inclusion complexation behavior of pefloxacin and p-Sulfocalix[4,6,8]arenes was studied using fluorescence spectroscopy and 1H-NMR in the buffer solution (pH=3.05,6.50,8.40),The result suggested that the inclusion stoichiometry was 1:1, the main role of the bond was hydrogen bond between host molecular and guest molecular, and the the association constant followed certain with changing in the structure of host molecular and guest molecular.Chapter 6:The inclusion complexation behavior of sparfloxacin and p-Sulfocalix[4,6,8]arenes was studied using fluorescence spectroscopy and 1H-NMR in the buffer solution (pH=3.05,6.50,8.40),The result suggested that the inclusion stoichiometry was 1:1, the main role of the bond was hydrogen bond between host molecular and guest molecular, and the the association constant followed certain with changing in the structure of host molecular and guest molecular.Chapter 7:The inclusion complexation behavior of quinolones drug and p-Sulfocalix[4,6,8]arenes was studied using fluorescence spectroscopy and 1H-NMR in the buffer solution (pH=3.05,6.50.8.40),The result suggested that the inclusion stoichiometry was 1:1, the main role of the bond was hydrogen bond between host molecular and guest molecular, and the the association constant followed certain with changing in the structure of host molecular and guest molecular.
