Research And Design Of Pulley Hot-rolling Process And Rolling Mill

The technology of hot-rolling pulley is a new process to make pulley, and the main advantages of the product are good the material structure and properties, high material utilization and production efficiency, little wear and long life and so on. According to the main properties and the structure making requirement, the making process and the parameters of the pulley are introduced, and the hot-rolled mill of pulley is researched and designed in this paper.The research background and the general situation of the development of pullet making technology are introduced first. Put forward the research purpose, contents and meaning. Then study the making process of the pullet and rope groove and analysis the function requirements. The process of hot-rolling pulley is a complex process; its properties are affected by many factors. Based on the theory of metal material and heat treatment, select the pulley material , study the manufacturing process of the pulley, determine the rolling parameter and design related heating device. According to the theory of rolling technology, combined with the characteristic of the hot-rolling pulley, do the theoretical research of the hot-rolled parameters, and applied to the finite element analysis software DEFORM-3D, simulated the rolling process, analysis the stress-strain, the temperature, the rolling speed and the rolling force and so on.Based on the manufacturing process of pulley, designed the rolling equipment, analysis the operation and functional requirements of the mill. Using modern design methods proposed the scheme, did the comparison, and determined the program. Carried out the scheme design, designed the drive system and the hydraulic system of the mill. Proposed the research of the mechanical properties testing design and temperature sensing technology and completed the numerical design. During the design process, the Pro / E software is used to create three-dimensional modeling and to do the size and strength checking.The last chapter gives the summary and prospect of the research.
