| Saving energy, cutting cost and increasing efficiency are requirements for companies to implement the scientific development, to transform the economic form and to advance the sustainable development. As the market competition intensified increasingly, with the fact that the price of fuel, raw material and labor goes higher and higher, commonly many beer breweries at home make efforts to escalate their equipments. As key functional equipment in beer production line, bottle washing machine directly links to the quality of finished goods and energy consumption as well as efficiency.Taking Zhujiang Beer Group Corporation (hereinafter called the Zhujiang Beer ) for instance, this paper mainly analyses the features of single-ended continuous immersion bottle washing machine in beer industry and its common flaws in application, and expounds the outcomes from raising cleaning rate, cutting cost and advancing designs. The bottle washing machine used by Zhujiang Beer is typical in beer industry. After analyzing the application conditions of equipments in recent years and summing up testing data, this paper proposes some concrete and operational technology-improvement plans in five application processes of beer bottle washing machine as well as some application cases in details.This paper also proposes some improvement plans in the structure of the into-the-bottle system so as to lower the fault rate. Basing on the analyst of the causes of decontamination, the paper puts forward some measures to reduce it; expounding the spraying system, the paper raises the assumption of improving it; the paper also probes into the application of heat exchanger and the summed up the outcomes. In addition, the paper has a study on saving energy in bottle washing machine and summed up the flaws of the machine as well as the recycle condensate.Practices show that saving energy and increasing efficiency were remarkable after proper optimizing of the equipments in beer production lines.
