The roll and washing machine is a special equipment used in the hat industry,which is used for fulling the felt hat.According to the needs of the A enterprises to machine are analyzed,improvement and optimization.We have solved the main problems of the roll and washing machine during production,can save at least 50 thousand yuan cost of production per year for A enterprise.First of all,this paper introduces the principle of the falling process and the working characteristics of several commonly used fulling equipment in the industry,and analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of the machine.This paper reviewed a large number of literatures and summarized the main methods of research on textile machinery and equipment at home and abroad.Secondly,most of the composition and workflow of the roll and washing machine are introduced in detail,the working principle of the machine is emphasized.The machine is Surveyed and mapped and the 3d model is established.The main problems of roll and washing machine are analyzed.In this paper,SOLID WORKS and ADAMS were used to simulate the mechanical parts of the machine.Mechanical analysis and fatigue analysis of key parts were carried out,and found out the reasons for the failure of key parts.Again,this paper expounds the theoretical system and methodology of TRIZ theory,the common tools and general procedures for solving the problem of TRIZ theory are introduced.Based on TRIZ theory was summarized to improve the roll and washing machine and optimization method of steps,and draw out of the roll and washing machine improved flow diagram,provides the theoretical guidance for solving the problem of mechanical parts.Then,according to the theory of TRIZ,the problem of roll and washing machine was analyzed,and the invention principle of solving the problem was found,and the improvement plan was put forward according to the actual situation.The simulation analysis of the scheme is completed,the feasibility of the scheme is confirmed,and the key parts’strength in the scheme are verified.Finally,the water circulation system was designed to solve the environmental pollution and waste of resources in the production process.The temperature control system is designed and the water temperature control and testing is realized.Improved the workbench,reduced the labor intensity of the workers while taking into account the convenience of workers’ production.
